Shipping

When you place an order, your order is routed to one or more of our 11 fulfillment centers in the United States and Mexico, depending on type and quantity of products purchased. Our fulfillment centers choose the most suitable carrier(s) for your shipment depending on the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in the order confirmation email.

At checkout, you will only see the available shipping options for the particular area that your order will be shipped to. For example, if Express shipping is unavailable for a specific destination, you will only see the Standard rate. Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order.

We do not make any profit on shipping. The shipping rates shown to you at Checkout are the ones that are charged to us.

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you. Making products on-demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
